How do I order
- Purchase product(s), then fill out the shipping and billing information.
- An order confirmation email will be sent to you with an email address to send your interac etransfer to.
- A confirmation email will be sent once funds are accepted & within 24 hours your tracking code will be sent.
- Your product(s) will be sent in twice vacuum-sealed packaging and is guaranteed to be scentless for your confidentiality.
Is ordering through Goldbuds.com safe?
Ordering cannabis in the mail has become one of the most popular ways in Canada. With over 100 online dispensaries, we have never had an issue. However, sometimes Canada Post will seize and destroy orders with no legal enforcement. Which is why we double seal and personally insure all orders up to $795. (Your tracking code cannot say that the item has been delivered. We are not liable for thefts after the mailman drop off your order. To ensure that this doesn’t happen, we would advise to select the “signature required” option.
I am from Yukon/NWT/Nunavut/Northern Ontario, Northern Quebec. Is there anything I should know?

How confidential/private is the packaging/ labeling of my product?
Packages are double sealed so they are odorless and sent through Canada Post Express (1-3 business days) in standard packaging that does not disclose the contents on the package or labelling. We have an industry-leading success rate with our shipping methods!
You get free shipping on orders $200.00 and above within Canada. Orders below $200 have a $16.99 flat rate shipping charge.

What happens after I send my E-Transfer payment?
From the day we receive your order and payment, the order will be packed the following day, and dropped off at Canada Post the business day after that (business days refer to Monday-Friday). Shipping is with Canada Post via Xpress Post (1-4 business days). Please note that if you order on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following Monday (or Tuesday if it is a long weekend). You may receive your order 3-7 days after it is placed depending on the day of week you order. Orders placed earlier in the week have a quicker turn around.
My package is travelling to another city when tracking. Why is this happening?
This is likely human error by Canada Post. This can occur because the postal worker may handle the postal code incorrectly. If they are off my one letter or digit, then the package will go to another city. This results in a rerouting delay of 1-2 days before the package is sent to the right destination.
What if my package goes missing?
All customers receive a tracking code once payment is received and their order is processed. Tracking codes are accessible with by 4pm PST on the day it is sent out. At times, delays at Canada Post may result in the package being delivered even before the tracking number is uploaded onto the site. If you do not receive your package within 4 business days, please contact us at email@example.com and we will follow up with it for you. Any orders confirmed “Missing” will have up to $795 insurance coverage. Your address MUST be correctly filled. We are not responsible if the shipment was made to an address which was incorrectly filled out nor can we insure any orders sent to any government controlled drug & alcohol-free Native Indian reserves.
I received a different item than what I ordered. How come?
We try our best to fulfill all orders, however, at times, certain inventory may be out of stock. In most case, since the customer already sent payment, it would be troublesome to cancel the payment and resend. Therefore at times, we reserve the right to substitute an out-of-stock item for a similar product of equal or higher value. If such a product is not available, a store credit will be issued.
I don't have a Canadian shipping address. Can I still buy from your site?
