The history of ‘91 Chemdawg dates back to when Joe Brand and Pbud sold an ounce of high-quality weed to Chemdog (the breeder). In 1991, Chemdog decided to crack the first four seeds. Among these, one was a male plant, and the other three were female. These female plants were labelled as ‘Chemdog’ (now called ”91 Chemdawg‘), ‘Chemdog A’, and ‘Chemdog B’. The exact genetics of this strain remain unknown. However, there are two main speculations: one suggests that either Kush, Hashplant, or Northern Lights was hybridized with a Thai Landrace strain; the other speculates that the parents could be Nepali and Thai strains. This is an evenly balanced hybrid strain with a THC content of around 28%. It offers users a blend of earthy, spicy, and sweet flavours, with an earthy and musky aroma.
